Mr Smith was part of a class action commenced in the Supreme Court. The defendants were Electricity Networks Corporation trading as Western Power (Western Power), Ventia Utility Services Pty Ltd formerly known as Thiess Services Pty Ltd (Ventia) and Noreen Campbell.
